Anti-theft PKE (Passive Keyless Entry) System

Just wear your ZONTES key by placing it in a wrist strap. With the key within 1.5 metres proximity, your bike gets unlocked; go far away – the bike gets locked automatically. Muscular fuel tank with galvanised liner

Complimenting the adventure motard styling are 110 mm (F) and 130mm (R) dual purpose tyres, which are the segment-widest adventure category tyres. These tyres not only perform great on tarmac but also in off-road and slippery conditions. Alongside increased straight-line stability, it also contributes to an enhanced adventure motard styling, specially from the rear.

Liquid cooled 4V engine
Running a high compression ratio of 12.5:1, the engine delivers power of 19.03PS @9250rpm and torque of 16NM 7500rpm. This makes it the most powerful 155cc engine in Nepal. Another important feature of a high compression engine is low fuel consumption, an increasingly relevant feature in today’s world. To achieve this Zontes utilises the latest materials and technologies available to design a class beating engine.

Assist & Slipper Clutch
The race-inspired clutch uses two types of cams (an assist cam and a slipper cam), offering two functions. Along with lighter clutch lever pull, assist cam also enables the clutch torque capacity to be increased without gaining weight. When excessive engine braking occurs – as a result of quick downshifts (or an accidental downshift) – the slipper cam comes into play, forcing the clutch hub and operating plate apart. This relieves pressure on the clutch plates to reduce back-torque and help prevent the rear tyre from hopping and skidding.
